In my late 30s, after building and scaling 40 Orangetheory Fitness studios, I genuinely believed my health was dialed in.

But when I looked more closely — long before anything felt “wrong” — I discovered my “normal” labs weren’t actually optimal. They were early signs of dysfunction that would have gone completely unnoticed.

Then, at 41, Mayo Clinic told me I was in early menopause — and that nothing could be done.
I didn’t accept that.

Over the next seven years, I invested deeply in understanding functional medicine, hormones, gut health, longevity science, stress physiology, and the modern food system — working with top practitioners and testing everything on myself first.

I eventually realized I’d built the system I wish someone had given me sooner.

Now, I share that clarity so others don’t have to spend thousands of hours — or more than $200,000 — figuring it out alone.
